This is a short film inpsired by the myth of Icarus, as well as DPR IAN's song 'No Silhouette'. I made in collaboration with friends. Originally, this was an assignment for my class 'Adaptation Studies': we had to adapt an existing piece of work into another format. I took the greek myth of Icarus, and adapted it into this short film. 'The 31st' is een short die experimenteert met zoom in en -out shots, met als thema halloween. Bij het maken van deze shot was ik geinspireert door de film 'American Psycho' (2000, dir. Marry Herron).
